Programming should start when?
Lay out the development timeline based on that.

If we went by normal standards then we would probably be in the fall development stages for a September 2010 start. However, I recognize that this may be a bit of a disensentive to join the game, to have to wait that long.
So I am willing to backdate development, and we can try and start in January with a half season if people want. However, that means we will also have to start on development for the September 2010 season shortly as well.
Let me know what you think.

Liberty Television will go on the air as a network sometime in early January, after college football has finished their bowl games.
The network will attempt to air a number of successive weeks of original televsion without rebroadcasts. A planned hiatus from original content will occur for the final two weeks of the NCAA March Madness tournament, and then begin again stretching into early June.
Original programming weeks may look like this; January (3) February (4) March (3) April (4) May (4) June (2) Many of the shows may feature only a 20 week schedule.
Summer will be planned to hold mostly rebroadcasts of Liberty's more successful shows. These rebroadcasts will be dual purpose. First to generate more fans of the shows slated to return in the fall of 2010, as well as to generate extra ad revenue to cover the costs of making the programs.
Look for shows returning in the fall to be able to rebroadcast around 12 episodes each.
